Trained in both classical goldsmithing in Florence and gemology at GIA, Adam developed the patented technique SpectraGold™, which seamlessly blends colored golds into gradient forms. His work, inspired by nature, architecture, and a deep respect for materials, has earned numerous accolades and is featured in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian. Adam leads Gorgeous Little Things with a commitment to education, artistry, and sharing the extraordinary beauty of gems with the world.

Zach Rollins is the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and co-founder of Gorgeous Little Things. With a background in manufacturing engineering from Utah Valley University and a degree in finance from Cal State Fullerton, Zach brings a unique blend of analytical insight and technical curiosity to the organization. His early career in the finance industry laid the groundwork for his strategic approach, while his partnership with Adam Neeley sparked a deep appreciation for gemstones and the artistic and scientific processes behind fine jewelry.
